The apartment was recently completely renovated and is located close to the Rathaus - Ring & Volkstheater, the city center center can be reached within a 12-15 minutes walk.

Furthermore the famous Spittelberg and the adjacent Mariahilfer Straße are within walking distance.

In the close surroundings you also find supermarkets and good viennese & fine dining restaurants - simply a perfect place for your stay in Vienna.

The apartment has a spacious anteroom, master bedroom with double bed, living room with dining table and access to the rpivate terrace and a bathroom with shower and twin vanity.

The kitchen is equipped with modern & high quality Siemens devices

Needless to say that free Wi-Fi, a micro hifi-system, a Smart-TV and a Blu Ray-Player are provided.

For long term bookings, please note that we might ask for 2 monthly rents as deposit for possible damages.

From here you can either walk to the city center within 15 minutes or take the streetcars J or 46 directly to the Ringstraße. Furthermore, the Rathaus, Parlament, Burgtheater, Volkstheater etc. are within close proximity. List of public transportation facilities:
